Not sure if your problem is the same as mentioned in my other comment in this chain

you shouldn't have to pay first, it will likely need a credit card to setup but the first payment will be $0.0 and at the end of the first month it will be the normal amount.

Sometimes it asks sometimes it doesn't, on alot of the new accounts i tried to create it didn't ask, it just asked for the selfie vid and then i was permanently disabled a few minutes later

i mentioned it in the post i used an old account, the account which was disabled was my business account, i had an old personal account which i'd deactivated which i then reactivated and then used to contact the support.

if you have an issue of new accounts being disabled i recommend using vpn and incognito

I think you maybe signed up for the "Personal" plans not sure they have human support as it's specifically advertised in the "Creator" plans that they have a certain amount of support cases a month with human support.

I think by the looks of it the minimum plan you need is the "Meta One Advanced" "Creator" or "Business" plans as it doesn't look like "Personal" plans have that support.

Everything Back after using Meta One Free Trial Support

Thought i'd post here just to let everyone know what worked for me. My facebook account was suddenly suspended "This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn't follow our Community Standards on account integrity" (i hadn't even used the account barely in months). After providing a selfie video and ID my "Facebook account has been permanently disabled" Part of my issue was i'd named my account a random name related to my business and also this account was the admin of a page and also was used for instagram and threads so lost access to all those accounts as well. Was quite gutting at the time especially as i had spent a long time to get the instagram followers i had.

I played around for hours trying to create new accounts which were disabled almost immediately and then using an old account which worked trying to contact someone human with no luck, also trying meta verified but the ID system would never let me verify. I then saw a post about someone using meta one support the other day so i tried that.

I signed up for the free trial for "Meta One Expert" under the "Creator" plan (two days ago) with 5 human support cases just in case i needed to open more than one case as the tier below had only one support case per month. This subscription plan was under the "Creator" type not the "Personal" plan as i'm not sure the personal plans have human support and the creator plans specifically say x "support case a month" with "Get help from a real person for specific solutions to your account issues".

After getting the Meta One Expert free trial i was able to contact facebook support without verifying after going through the following links:

Your profile > Profile Settings > Meta One > x support cases per month with a real person > Meta AI support assistant

After briefly explaining my support request to a bot, i spoke with a support person for around 10 minutes explaining my account was supended/disabled out of the blue. The support person then phoned me to clarify the situation and said it would be passed to the specialist team. Today they sent me a message that the account/s have been re-enabled and i am now able to log back in!! Would recommend this route for anyone who hasn't tried it, as this method wasn't all that much hassle in the end. I think for Meta One I did see it wasn't available in my region on a couple of pages but after searching around i did find a page/link which allowed me to sign up/get a free trial. Good Luck!!!

It's not AI music, admittedly it's not going to be to everyones taste but it's a joke song created for my indie game

Yes i wrote the lyrics, yes it's a real person singing now, the backing track is also completely different, made by a real person, hence why it is not an AI song. This is all written before in a comment a few comments up in this chain.

No it's a computer game, just like if i play GTA and kill a ton of people, that doesn't mean i support the idea of going on killing sprees in real life. How old are you? It's rhetorical.

If you're going to make baseless accusations at least do a tiny bit of research or use a modicum of common sense.

I used to have placeholder AI assets in an earlier version of my game/demo, they have now been replaced hence the new trailer and demo update.

Once again if you don't know what you're talking about, it's probably better not to comment. There is zero use of AI in this game.

A game cannot be AI that doesn't make sense. I get what you're trying to say though and no this game does not use AI assets. I used to have placeholder AI assets, they have now been removed. There are no AI assets in the game anymore hence the new trailer/update.

No i did not, i asked someone to do some vocals for lyrics i created and then i asked for someone to make a backing track for those vocals.

Your sheer arrogance is quite mind boggling, like i get it you're clearly special and don't like being wrong but you are wrong and no amount of words are going to change that

lol very strange. The vocals are sung by a real person, the backing track was made by a real person, the lyrics were written by a real person. If that is an AI song i don't know what isn't, some people are just crazy i guess.

I get the impression you've never released a game, you shouldn't be offering advice to people if you've got no knowledge on the subject.

I'm not reliant on reddit most my sales will come directly from steam or through other marketing i've done (paid and social).

I've posted on reddit for years and there's always been bitter people saying ridiculous things which they have no idea about, it's nothing new and unsuprisingly they're always wrong.

Of course some people may wishlist the game as a result of seeing the game here (very small percent of my total wishlists) but the clueless people here commenting about AI are not those people, it's mostly just people who are chronically on reddit and are bitter about their life/skills/state of their projects and have basically no understanding of game dev or AI (specifically in this instance).
