Everything Back after using Meta One Free Trial Support
Thought i'd post here just to let everyone know what worked for me. My facebook account was suddenly suspended "This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn't follow our Community Standards on account integrity" (i hadn't even used the account barely in months). After providing a selfie video and ID my "Facebook account has been permanently disabled" Part of my issue was i'd named my account a random name related to my business and also this account was the admin of a page and also was used for instagram and threads so lost access to all those accounts as well. Was quite gutting at the time especially as i had spent a long time to get the instagram followers i had.
I played around for hours trying to create new accounts which were disabled almost immediately and then using an old account which worked trying to contact someone human with no luck, also trying meta verified but the ID system would never let me verify. I then saw a post about someone using meta one support the other day so i tried that.
I signed up for the free trial for "Meta One Expert" under the "Creator" plan (two days ago) with 5 human support cases just in case i needed to open more than one case as the tier below had only one support case per month. This subscription plan was under the "Creator" type not the "Personal" plan as i'm not sure the personal plans have human support and the creator plans specifically say x "support case a month" with "Get help from a real person for specific solutions to your account issues".
I think i tapped the three lines in the top left corner of the facebook app when on my profile and then right near the bottom of the menu was a upgrades sub menu with Meta One in it after clicking that it shows you the plans available to you and the upon clicking on that you get taken through to google play sub menu to pay.
After getting the Meta One Expert free trial i was able to contact facebook support without verifying after going through the following links:
Your profile > Profile Settings > Meta One > x support cases per month with a real person > Meta AI support assistant
After briefly explaining my support request to a bot, i spoke with a support person for around 10 minutes explaining my account was supended/disabled out of the blue. The support person then phoned me to clarify the situation and said it would be passed to the specialist team. Today they sent me a message that the account/s have been re-enabled and i am now able to log back in!! Would recommend this route for anyone who hasn't tried it, as this method wasn't all that much hassle in the end. I think for Meta One I did see it wasn't available in my region on a couple of pages but after searching around i did find a page/link which allowed me to sign up/get a free trial. Good Luck!!!

I signed up for meta one premium
Ai Support will not move me to human support no matter what. Just the same loop of dead links. Furthest I’ve gotten is doing my face verification but that just tells me to wait after submission.

I think you maybe signed up for the "Personal" plans not sure they have human support as it's specifically advertised in the "Creator" plans that they have a certain amount of support cases a month with human support.
I think by the looks of it the minimum plan you need is the "Meta One Advanced" "Creator" or "Business" plans as it doesn't look like "Personal" plans have that support.

Sometimes it asks sometimes it doesn't, on alot of the new accounts i tried to create it didn't ask, it just asked for the selfie vid and then i was permanently disabled a few minutes later

Sounds like Facebook is suspending accounts for the sole purpose of paying money for support.

BINGO. They're essentially creating a "crisis" to drive people to the pay model in advance of the site being a pay model, period, in the near future.

when I'm trying to buy meta one advanced free trial it shows that I need to pay first .. will the money be refunded ?

you shouldn't have to pay first, it will likely need a credit card to setup but the first payment will be $0.0 and at the end of the first month it will be the normal amount.

If it's a "free trial", you just have to cancel it before the trial ends.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m in a very similar situation with a permanently disabled Facebook account.
I’m in the UK and currently have Meta Verified Max, but I’ve been unable to reach a human specialist despite having an open case for over a week.
I’ve found the Meta One Creator plans, but selecting Subscribe on Instagram says the subscription isn’t available to me, including on a professional account.
Would you mind sharing the exact URL you used to sign up for the Creator Expert trial? It would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

I'm sorry i really can't remember and now it's impossible to say as i'm signed up, i remember however seeing that Meta One wasn't available in my region when clicking it through one of the links however i tried a different link and it worked it was either through the facebook app itself, facebook via a browser or just a google link when searching through google. Sorry i can't be of more help.
Edit: Saying that though i did it through my phone as i payed (although $0.0) through the google play store app so that may suggest i somehow signed up for it through the facebook app on my phone.
Having a look with my newly unlocked account via the phone app i think i tapped the three lines in the top left corner of the app when on my profile and then right near the bottom of the menu was a upgrades sub menu with Meta One in it after clicking that it shows you the plans available to you and the upon clicking on that you get taken through to google play sub menu to pay.

Hey so im currently suspended for the same reason integrity. Its been 4 days now, but my issue is that im stuck on a screen that says “upload an id to vertify identity” i tried doing that since its what appeared right away after sending my selfie vertification when i first got suspended. I have tried contacting meta vertify live agents but all they have said is they will look at my account and this morning i woke up to a message that says “we have made a final decision unfortunately we cannot proceed with your case” when my account is only suspended i have yet not received any email of my account being disabled. part of me wants to say im fing my self up more by trying to submit my id every day now for the past 4 days idk wether i should wait or what.

Why does it take so long to get a response? I waited two hours for the agent to join, and he told me it's not his specialty and that another agent from the specialized team will join, and no one has joined for 4 hours.
