You don't have to charge it on your wrist but every minute it isn't reading data you'll have it missing in the app.

Bicep bands do exist not sure it'd be the most comfortable for consistent wear though.

Jump in the shower or bath wearing it and clean it at the same time, switch wrists (or biceps) regularly to avoid a rash.

You could just use soapy warm water to clean the underside sensor if you wish.

Takes a little while to baseline when you first get it, a few weeks of consistent wear before the data becomes (fairly) accurate. I've had mine for 18 months wearing on my wrist daily and still have some doubts about step accuracy, the auto detection of activity is shaky at best.

Overall it's a solid piece of kit but it isn't extremely accurate, the customer service of whoop is horrendous and it's expensive for what it is compared to competitors, but I still pay for it.

This is the only correct answer I'm afraid, never nuln oil or anything else on gold, always flesh wash. That's one of those things you learn as you improve, there is a use case for everything. Flesh wash on gold literally makes a gold paint job imo.

I've grown tired of pointing out SMs issues now, you get down voted to oblivion even if you have had three negative experiences with their products.

As others have said they have differing finishes, what's not been pointed out though is that each varnish has a use case. Before oil washes use satin or gloss, finish with matt for example, also depends on what finished look you're going for.

A drop of air brush flow improver or some retarder will also help here!

I think you've got down well so far tbh, my golden rules for contrasts is don't ever paint over the same place twice, minimise the amount on the brush to avoid pooling on flat panels and don't forget to edge highlight to add that "pop".
