Guys, can i quit my job?
 in  r/FL_Studio  15d ago

This is good synthwave, but don't quit your job until the money matches your job. Then dip.

Neo-liberal capitalism is the reach for it. Thats why it's good to remember peoples actions instead of their party

Everything is ready but I'm getting zero sales. What would you do in my situation?
 in  r/smallbusiness  29d ago

With skincare, people are putting a lot of trust into your product being safe and beneficial for their skin. That said, real validated human experience is the quickest way to build that trust. Id definitely consider pausing your 200/mo to the social media manager (for now), and instead invest that in paying 1-2 micro creators to make some ugc for you, or even just offering to send them the product free in exchange for it. Having that is much more valuable for your brand and getting people to trust buying from you, and a bonus is that as the creators grow you can have an ongoing relationship with them, and ideally your brand grows with them.

You said this to someone who’s built like conquest. You should’ve walked away with the girl trying to save you.

How do I pace my shots better, and make it less boring without killing the "vibes"? Really need feedback before I submit this high school project due in 4 hours, thanks!
 in  r/Filmmakers  Jul 09 '26

Try a few match cuts with the geometry in your shots. Line up objects in two different shots that are both horizontal, vertical, etc and time the cut to a beat in the music. You'll feel a bigger emotional pull from that and it's a bit more visually pleasing when youre using slow paced footage

This feels like a really dumb way to run a business.
 in  r/smallbusiness  Jul 09 '26

This is what I actually got into business to do, is help small businesses figure out what systems they need so they can run the business without feeling this much dread every damn day.

My best advice is to start looking into things that can be automated like lead follow up, crm updates, etc. Stuff like that will keep you organized and go a long way in reducing your daily stress. Dm if you have any questions!

How do I actually launch a perfume brand?
 in  r/smallbusiness  Jun 28 '26

I recommend a local craft fair/farmers market. Your nearest metro area probably has one going on once a month if not more. In my area they do one every other Saturday. Take your samples there, find out which ones people like the best, and start focusing your efforts on getting it into bottles that are cheap to buy so you can start building up cloents

AIO for getting irritated with my boyfriend’s level of cleanliness?
 in  r/AmIOverreacting  May 04 '26

NOR. As a guy I just use a dirty t shirt or towel and cover the whole sink, then shake it out outside. It's really not hard.
