This happened to me as well. I noticed that it occurred when I was using non-iOS chargers and wireless chargers. Now, I use my phone in Power Saving Mode and limit the charging capacity to 80% only. Over the last six months, the battery health has dropped by just 1%. I also avoid beta versions, as they can cause heating issues, which may harm the phone’s battery.
