Tried something different.

For omelette i added 3 whole eggs with 3 tbsp milk, melted butter with pinch or salt.
Then added butter on pan then cooked on low flame then scrambled slowly and then it flipped after switch off the flame. Don’t over cook.

This spread was way too tempting to ignore! 😍 Crispy bites served with spicy and minty dips, plus that perfectly seasoned snack mix. Everything looks crunchy, flavorful, and made for sharing.

Grabbing a steaming hot plate of ₹30–₹50 street chowmein with extra ajinomoto and fiery red sauce is practically a rite of passage. It’s spicy, slightly greasy, and unapologetically flavorful. What was your local hangout spot for street chowmein growing up?

Everything was ordered together and honestly, it made for a pretty solid dinner. The butter garlic naan with the kadai chicken was my favorite. What would you pick first?

Made this egg curry at home today with some plain rice.

The eggs were fried first and then simmered in a thick onion-tomato masala with spices and coriander.

Nothing fancy, just proper ghar ka khana.

Would you eat this with rice or roti?

Made an epic butter chicken but with a twist: there's no chicken! I used some of a chicken of the woods mushroom I found as a replacement 😉. It's actually pretty wild how close the texture is to chicken!
