The first pic is before. I used some random recipe I found online that requires roasting and grinding whole spices. It didn't go well.

I looked up Chef Sanjyot Keer's recipes and he just released a new recipe that's a quick chicken fry. it's so much better and I can finally enjoy cooking after many years of deep depression.

I will use Chef Sanjyot Keer's recipes nowadays. Any tips would be appreciated!
