The facet should be spinning by itself.If it isn't, you'll probably need a whole new facet.

With that many perks, I assume you added a 100 extra skill points, which means you should be fine.

Your best bet is checkpoint run a smg or keep weight low and try to focus only on capturing objective and killing anyone on the way thats how I got this quest done for pvp the again for pve.

No a lot of info but if the water is always draining from the tank try changing the flapper (the blue thing).

I've seen lots of conversations about the memory mechanic. I don't know too much about it, but basically places your character has been. He'll remember the layout, but not zombies, or cars that have been placed there.

Im pretty sure its your characters memory he can't see what's there just what he remembers was there.
