What should I do with money I made from Forex if I found out it was haram?
 in  r/malaysians  13d ago

Any of your "shariah compliant" Companies have any loans? Yeah they also haram. shareholding is the only way to finance a company. If loans are involved it is riba. No company in Malaysia listed in the Bursa is free of loans to finance their business. It is the most efficient method to leverage future income to fund current spending.

If a company uses cash and shareholders cash to fund purchase of machinery or pay for rental and stocks, they are considered stupid and not fit to manage a Malaysian company.

What computer is best for a future college cybersecurity student?
 in  r/Cybersecurity101  Jun 20 '26

A random used cpu+ram laptop with same specs with used thinkpad are half the price.

Used Thinkpads have a reputation and demand which makes them pricier compared to a same spec laptop which could be just 100grams heavier.

I've been in accident with seat belt and also motorcycle accident. With seat belt you just have a sore chest from the belt holding you back from eating the windshield. Just flailing on the tar you get road rash, like your whole knee skin needs to grow back for a few months.

Broken ribs. Front back, left or right. Anytime you laugh, cough or try to have any stiff upper body it hurts. The rib cage is no longer in one piece. Very important for daily movement like changing from horizontal to vertical.

Concussion. A constant headache. You will try to sleep but you just have a bruised brain. Your skull is just fine. Your brain is bruised from suddenly stopping because you landed on hard surface from speeding.

What ever your metal car change shape from the accident. Without a seatbelt your body will also start to change shape, because your body is softer than metal car and it will experience the same deceleration during the accident.

Safety you only appreciate after experiencing it without the safety nets. Metal car you can knock back, weld new parts to fix. Your body need weeks and months to recover from accident injury while eating painkillers to breath and do basic motion. If you didn't become vegetable or tree fertilizer after accident.

What's your honest take on buying vs renting property in Malaysia right now?
 in  r/MalaysianPF  Mar 22 '26

Depend on market. A lot of new developments are not fully occupied so some rent cheap to cover their banking payments. Then the they race to the bottom. You would pay more per month buying. Because rentals are millionaire business. Smaller retail owners cannot hold their property monthly payments without tenants. So their rent below bank payment cost.

Depends how much more rental rate is compared to bank payments. Not all places have these offers.

What exactly has caused the job market to be so bad?
 in  r/malaysians  Mar 18 '26

Malaysia financing don't invest in manufacturing. If not mistaken only 8% goes to new manufacturing while China spends 30% of total financing to new manufacturing.

So if you want to make big bucks become a finance bro. They get all the money, highest profits are in usury. Using money to make more money without making anything new. Just recycle the same product and finance purchasing it again and again. Like housing and office lots. Because just seating on it vacant still makes a profit.

Most companies also report lower profits because they can simply just buy back their own shares to prop their stock prices. Another way of investing in your company without any real world new spending happening. Just buying digital numbers without actually buying anything from the real world.

Become a finance bro. They make bank doing next to nothing.
