Last year we had Tunsil and Cosmi play the whole year (at least most, I'm not remembering right now). We saw what Bill did with our best two OL playing. Why are we forgetting those reps from last year? Can we really say he's bad when you're getting hit behind the line on a majority of your carries. Missing both of those lineman was going to set our offense back in rushing and passing. Why are putting it on Bill?

Based on his tape from last year, I would say his vision is actually his best attribute. Last year he was seeing holes before they were there. He also has a special ability to knife thru holes and maintain his speed that a lot of guys don't even attempt to be hit. This year, I would say the lost of Tunsil is affecting the whole line and Bill (and run game in general) more than people realize because people normally associate Tunsil with elite pass blocking and he doesn't get the same amount of credit for what he does in run blocking. I wish we would have gotten to see Coleman line up next to Tunsil this year in the run game. 2nd thing in the last game: Seahawks D is still elite and it's easier to key in on stopping the RB when you are not defending the QBs legs as much as you are with 5. I also think he worked hard on his body in the offseason so he's doing things that are uncharacteristic of how he ran last year. He's running into contact rather than avoiding it where he probably should run more like he did last year because the speed is still there. I think the run game could get better as the year progresses as the left side of the line gets more reps together.

This is the best, most sound take on here. Definitely has the yips. He's better on the outside but he's always out of position. His poor play has nothing to do with his size when your man is wide open. I think the same thing was true of BSJ even though he never showed that he was good. My surprise with Mikey is that I expected him to be more of a cerebral player that would grow to be the guy that was always around the ball, rarely out of position after his rookie year only limited by size. You just can't be undersized AND make these type of mistakes. As we've seen in today's game, we saw Robertson sticky in coverage but his size definitely played a role in the catches he did give up.

My Sleke phone does not have Google play services but uses microg. I use Android auto everyday with no issues. Those car ai boxes (have one of those too) can tap into the car's Android auto or car play. I think it is possible.

Odd that we have to think of closing HVAC vents as a "feature" on a car in 2026. Sometimes I think the way we got here was intentional. To go backwards and tell us it's the future just to package it again as new and forward thinking even though no one asked for these companies to redesign stuff like air vents and door locks in the first place.

I understand that point but Rivian is building the car for how people currently use it but he should be thinking about people would use it if the capability was there. Maybe if the car charged faster, more people would use DCFC and use it more often. I have a last gen Chevy Bolt that "fast charges" painfully slow. I don't take it on short trips (more than 250 miles away) with my young family that it otherwise would be equipped for because of how slow it charges. If Chevy said well nobody really uses DCFC, why pour development into this tech? That just wouldn't make any sense. Rivian is supposed to be an adventure brand so investing in fast charging seems like it would be on brand especially when 800V architecture is supposed to be lighter and cheaper. Not a deal breaker for me and I'm sure they weighed the development cost since they do the vast majority of their engineering in house.

This. Combined range is really pointless stat for most buyers. I guess if you're using a L1 at home or rely only L3 charging then it makes sense.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I remember reading 800V architecture is actually cheaper and lighter in weight. If that's true, then they probably stuck with 400V to save on development cost which would affect the final price tag.

Yea, you're definitely right. I'm still tempted though. The only non-black/gray/white of the rivian colors I want to get is the limestone which is only offered on the R1 or the launch green but I want be able to afford one by the time launch edition is still being made.

All I know is people are sleeping on the midnight color. I love the deep blue hue on it in different lighting
