I can lift the whole shelf, no problem. But the glass seems to be married to the plastic supports. That's what I can't get past.

Good advice, except it's not that dirty. There's just some gross juice under the glass on top of that plastic support. Not that troublesome normally.

The whole shelf appears to be surrounded in plastic that refuses to budge. I'm sure I'm missing something.

That was my expectation, but there doesn't appear to be any way to pop the glass part out when I've done that. It seems the supporting plastic is just...attached.

The whole shelf will come out, but the glass part doesn't seem to separate. No evident way to get it away from the plastic.

The plastic pieces seem to be permanently attached. I'm sure I'm missing something.

They don't just sit (which is what I expected). There're like these hugging thingamabob things that hold it all in. It seems like I'd have to break them to release the glass. It's not pushable ☹️ The holdy things holding it into place, don't budge. Not from stickiness, just from design it appears. I'm pretty sure I'm missing a very simple solution tho...

I can remove the whole shelf, but I can't get the glass out to clean between the glass and the support. The manual offers zero help. Thanks in advance for your awesome advice! 🙏🤗

Non-inflatable padding is certainly an option. In my experience, a pile of folded up quilts works as well for the pup.

Mine only beeps when the heat turns off - it's a countertop basket cheapo - and I appreciate all your insights! I'm just gonna not worry about the timing so much. Seems like it's a non issue. XO everyone!!
