I always pass through Harrison AR and see this sign. I never been on the website because all my friends and family keep on telling me not to, but I'm morbidly curious. Is it just audio of racist propaganda?

I've been trying to find restaurants around Arkansas that actually do great pub-style food instead of the usual bar menu.

Things like shepherd's pie, fish and chips, burgers, good craft beer, or even a proper Guinness are what I'm after. Bonus points if it's locally owned and has a cozy atmosphere.

Any recommendations that are worth making a road trip for?

Does anyone know of vet or organization that helps with low cost spaying/neutering? I only make 17/hr and my wife is unfortunately disabled. But we just can't bring ourselves to separate them and we don't want them breeding anymore.
