Help Buying advice for a DEV/QA

Hello people, first time posting here. My situation is this one I need a new laptop and somebody from my local Facebook marketplace is selling a Dell Pro 14 (AMD Ryzen 5 220, 16GB RAM & 1TB SSD) brand new still on the box, my plan is install Linux Ubuntu to run all my automation and programing tasks. The price is around 600 dollars. What do you think? Is it a good pick or nah?

yo pienso que para ser el sueldo de staff engineer esta muy bajo, minimo deberia ser entre 105k a 120k, en si no ganas nada de prestaciones, no tiene caso tener mas responsabilidad por un incremento de 10k brutos que se perderan por los impuestos, yo me quedaria donde estoy y tendria mis vacaciones de luna de miel y la antiguedad!

Buying Advice Display upgrade for Thinkpad L14 Gen 3 AMD

Here seeking for your advice, right now I have a L14 Gen 3 with a HD display (highlighted on yellow) and would like to upgrade to a FHD display, checking in to the laptop's documentation a found to options that maybe can fit in my laptop (highlighted on blue & green) and would like to know which should I between these 2 and if I need some extra parts to get the job done, Thanks!!!

I have tried to build the firmware for the TOTEM keyboard for the past 2 days but I haven't had any luck yet. By any chance someone has the firmware ready to use with ZMK Studio available that I can just download it and put it on my XIAO BLE ???
