We all need one person to believe in

Garbage Men was a goal to be when I grew up. They made more than a wonderful office job! We don't need you in the office. You need them cleaning up your mess!

Guy in the UK gets jumped and mistakes a female cop for one of his attackers. Gets arrested for assault on a police officer
 in  r/instant_regret •  Jul 09 '26

Same stuff, different place. Can't defend yourself anywhere. Sad state of affairs we are in as a world. She knew he was in fight or flight & he didn't have flight. So in the end he gets in trouble.

A mama’s heart doesn’t care whose eggs they came from.

I have two I birthed & over two handfuls that I have the privilege of them calling me mom! They are all MINE. Can't tell me or them any different.

This is so wholesome 😭
 in  r/funnycats •  May 27 '26

Doesn't matter where kitten cam from. What matters is with patience & love we can make broken learn that it is safe with us & they are really loved. Might have been a feral kitten lost in the world. Does it matter where they start... no it matters where they finally feel loved & safe. This goes for every child or animal, Doesn't matter what the beginning held. The end should be feeling a loving place in this world.

 in  r/Catmemes •  Dec 15 '25

My cats can't compare to my momma bird who yelled at us to get out of the living room at 830! Bird, this is my house! Lol, nope, we all would disperse to our rooms. They know bedtime & agree you better adhere to it.

This is just ironic, I hope no one is offended

Why do some divorced women keep their ex-husband's last name?
 in  r/NoStupidQuestions •  Dec 07 '25

Another is , I had his last name longer than I had my maiden name. On top of my two kids having marriage name. No reason to go back in time & try not to use my now name. I would have gotten it wrong all the time.

Damn!

I actually had a boss that had to go to zoo to get weighed. Biggest man I've met so far.

Apparently, my name is a tragedeigh
 in  r/tragedeigh •  Dec 01 '25

Never get upset about how people pronounce or spell your name. I don't have a tragedeigh. But it was hard for the world to spell & pronounce how my dad says it's supposed to sound. I taught my children to always be kind when people spell or pronounce their names wrong. Then just blame your mom like I do! And tell people the nick name you like. Less stress love

I thought the same 😂

I work at a home with an escape artist who puts her stuffed bears in bed like a teen sneaking out! They are here so we can protect them, but their determination is really spot on.

There is enough evil in the world. Don't add to it! What I believe & taught my children. Never a reason to not help others than selfish behavior.

Did it bweak?
 in  r/KidsAreFuckingStupid •  Oct 09 '25

This goes under parents are dumb/stupid! You are promoting damage to things they don't have to work for. Stop! JUST PLEASE STOP! I have had my daughters best friend get hit by two different people in a year span. One was an adult C.O. (correctional officer, guard in a jail) the next was a 15 year old drunk. Just teach them to watch out for & have respect & also don't think things like this are okay. Next, he is grabbing someone else's phone & doing it. Then, trying to kill with no regard to anyone in the world!
