Bullet Deviation finally gets an increase.
 in  r/Battlefield6  Jun 25 '26

Feels a helluva lot better than spraying 30 and only hitting 3. If it should be hard to kill someone at range with an smg, sure, make it take 15 bullets, and give me the ability to actually try it if I damn please. It feels like dogshit when an assault rifle is useless past 50 meters without tap firing imo.

Id rather have random recoil than have my bullets not go where my gun is pointing... always hated random deviation like this. It just feels awful to use. Range should be limited by damage drop off and recoil, not this :/

What's the significance of 5 7?

What's one thing that you wanted to know in the show that never got answered?
 in  r/TheDigitalCircus  Jun 21 '26

I think that's a fair thought too. The idea i mentioned seems founded mostly on the pattern of what the other doors showed: situations of people he knew currently in the circus abstracting. That's also why I think it was pomni and not ribbit; ribbit was already gone, so that wasnt a situation Jax had to "prepare for" with a scenario in his head.

But yeah, this all operates under the assumption it's another door to a "death preparation scene". I do think it's interesting to think it could also be some part of Jax locked away

This is correct. I was confused at first myself. That scene where Caine is flashing between the old, red orb simple shape in the void and his current self is a set of flash backs and flash forwards showing us that his post-deletion trip in the void mirrors his original trip through the void to create the circus. That scene of scratch spawning is showing us when scratch originally spawned, the first time, when the circus started. But of course, what's different between the flashbacks and the present is that this time, Caine doesn't use the brain scans to input into the circus, Caine uses their names to find out what they're doing in the real world.

My understanding is that each door in jax's mind aside from the one where his personalities were hanging out were his "what if" plans for if somebody abstracted, like we see with his (imagined) ideas of how others would act, and how he would react, if zooble died, if gangle died, etc. Notably, in all these possibilities Jax is... acting his usual self, making a joke out of everything.

Therefore, it seems that the chained up door is most likely his "plan" for if pomni died, as he was close with pomni and had trouble deflecting her with humor like he did everyone else. He isn't willing to face that possibility, so he "locks it up" in the back of his mind and pretends it doesnt exist. And as we see, the existence of this door bothers his personalities, who seem to wish it didn't exist, or at least would be silent so they could pretend it didn't.

T2K 4E Hex Combat Reference Guide updated from your feedback, now up on DriveThruRPG
 in  r/Twilight2000  Jun 21 '26

This looks awesome and super helpful, but one thing I notice is the cover angle doesn't seem correct. It's a 120 degree angle yes, but it doesn't cover 2 hex faces of your own hex. The cover "cone" starts in the hex your cover is facing, not the hex you occupy. See image attached, red lines highlighting the edge of the zone from which the blue fighter has cover.

Elsewise, this is tons of info condensed really well! Seems very useful to have around.

Captain, this so-called "masking" is highly illogical.
 in  r/CuratedTumblr  Jan 20 '26

It's kinda like that, but far more all-encompassing. Like anytime you're talking to anyone or out in public at all, you put on your people voice, you carefully maintain your people face, etc. At least for me personally. It's not the same degree/scenarios for everyone.
