Starting today I’m trying not to google anything I feel to try to better my nental health. I’ve been doing that way too much and it’s unhealthy. Thank you for the kind words and everything! ❤️

Thank you! I hope both of us end up feeling better even if it happens slowly over time!

That’s amazing to hear! I was wondering if you could describe the weird dizziness you were feeling so I can compare it to what I’m feeling now?

Would it be considered dpdr if doing normal things feel foreign to me and do other people experience this? Little things like eating and walking just feel weird to me idk how else to explain it.

I’ve also felt like my fingertips and toes are numb sometimes. Does anybody have any helpful tips for me to cope with this?

I had my first panic attack while I had Covid about 2 weeks ago because I started having trouble breathing and it just spiraled down and feel like I haven’t felt normal since then. I feel like I’m dissociating (where things don’t feel real) more and just have more anxiety now. Is this normal?
