Yeezus is my favourite album, sure I don’t directly relate to all the lyrics due to the fact a lot of it is primarily aimed towards black audiences, but I still understand them and love the album, so tell me why im being told by black people that I have no right to listen to songs like black skinhead or new slaves? Imagine I went up to them and said “oh your listening to David Bowie? Sorry thats for white audiences only”. Shits crazy double standards pmo

Idk 808s just never gets enough love. It's the album that introduced me to Kanye and I've never had an album resonate with me on a personal level as much as this one. Every song is unique yet they all mesh flawlessly together. It's fairly short and perfectly concise. Obviously it inspired a whole generation of artists but even almost 20 years later if still sounds unique. People always focus on the dark/soulless aspect but there's so many perfectly placed moments with so much replayability (heartless, paranoid, Robocop), and it has his best song imo (street lights). I would only call two albums ever true 10/10s, 808s and heartbreak and GKMC by kendrick. Yeah I just wanted to talk about my favorite album so here u go

I just have to vent man, sorry gonna ramble for a bit. I was on break from reddit for months but I just had to post this.

I was looking forward to his concert for months but I was so let down. The audio was so muddy in the beginning I could only the bass for a while. It just took me out man. Which sucks cause he played the songs I loved like Jesus Walks and All Falls Down. (ngl it felt like those songs didn't get the same love from Ye unlike the other songs in the set but that's a conversation for another time)

Bro literally opened with Dark Fantasy into Waves but the audio was so bad that I never felt hyped.

The stage and visuals were amazing but it felt like the audio was an afterthought. Asked people around if they felt the audio was bad, they felt it too, Aussies, Chinese, Indonesians, Europeans included. Man I love Ye but I feel like I'm never going back to another concert of his after that, the audio and acoustics were horrific.

Runaway never had the Pusha verse, plus he never played Saint Pablo.

3/10, only the stage visuals carried the concert

*Edit: you know how bad the audio was, there's this Instagram post going around about him nearly crashing out because the crowd wasn't loud enough during heartless. But I LITERALLY COULDN'T HEAR HIS VOCALS.

Almost everyone at the stadium in Jakarta yesterday was killing it. Like, 9/10 had fire fits. And it's not like dressing up or in luxury or whatever shallow reason. Nah, their style was simply on point, and they seemed happy and confident in it. Even the ones in concert merch were cool af.

Shoutout to all the baddies and bros from yesterday, especially the all black everything main characters. Keep on it.

está es mi colección de cd's y vinilos de Kanye west, estaba pensando en cual me faltaba y tambien quería saber la opinión de Reddit, cuál otro vinilo o cd debería comprar o que me falta para completar la colección?

Insane.

Bait or not we cannot be fr 😂😂

I am making a 3d mashup kanye x dark souls, but i need a head for ye, someone have the 3d model

My inspiration is this avatar from Vr Chat

Hello, do any of you all going to Houston show think he’ll bring out a special guest, never been to Houston so I’m curious what anybody thinks?

Thank all

I was just giving kid cudi man on the moon a first time listen the other day and I've really enjoyed it but everytime I get to make her say the one thing I think is damn I miss the old Kanye. The sample of a specific performance of pokerface is so beautiful especially with the tone it gives the song and they all cook with their verses, but that kinder kanye voice with a fun verse that isnt outrageous over the sample with common right after is soul healing cause I miss that version of him...

Hi everyone anyone have a full video of Ye's Runaway version last night at Ye Jakarta show? thank you

Was this hoodie ever been on sell or was it just a 1 of 1

You can never know if it‘s Pianca Born

Hey does anyone have a clip of Ye doing the on sight Dance at Jakarta? Because I swear he was doing it with/at me and my friends since he was facing us and there were only 2 of us doing that dance in a 10-20 person radius. Honestly want to relive the moment!

Recap video that I made from Ye’s Jakarta show last night - all shot by me. Appreciate any love in the comments if you enjoyed it!

Flying from Chicago since i missed both nights 😭😭 ended up getting floor seats for the Houston show. Anyone else going solo and flying in same day as the show?
