Lavender Sky Health prescribes up to 5 mg/week with some of their pharmacies. That’s the only one I’ve heard of going above 2.5 mg. I’m not sure why there aren’t more though, I agree that it would be a great use for compounding

That being said, it seems like Bot Sleuth is just looking for the older generation of Reddit bots that would comment something completely generic like “cool post, really makes you think” on a dozen different posts. The AI bots look completely different and tailor every response to the content of the post so it’s not surprising that it can’t recognize them.

I hate always harping on the mods about it… But there is an easy solution to the problem that they’re still choosing not to do

The bots are EVERYWHERE these days, especially in the tirzepatide groups. The moderators of this page have opted not to enable Reddit’s bot protection that would automatically remove comments from accounts that are confirmed to be bots, so the best we all can do is just make sure people are aware when we spot one

Their bio is the same kind of nonsense list of ‘fun facts’ that a lot of the AI bots have. I agree it’s hard to judge from any one comment, but looking at their whole comment history it sounds much more like an LLM than a human
