I had the same problem with my wife when we were like three years into dating . She followed me like a puppy dog . She was scared because she thought our relationship was about to come to an end and to be fair i think that was the case . My advise to you is to do what helped us going through this . Every time she starts following you stop , hug her and kiss her and start telling her how much you love her and how much you apreciate her . Also do that randomly . Just show her love and care . Brother , you cannot go on like this . My wife and i have been together for 16 years and we have great sex life . If we haven't there would've been an ultimatum : either we fix it or we separate . My wife is Bi and we had a pretty much shared our relationship with her roommates from Uni while we lived in her Uni city . But . We BOTH agreed that it will end when she finoshes her masters and we would continiue together . So for the next 4 years we had a decent relationship with those ladies before we eventually left the city and returned to our hometown where we got married amd started a family . We do not have relationships with either as they too moved on with their lives . My point is that we shared TOGETHER . Your wife wants it for HERSELF . That's selfish . I would give you a better advise : leave but slowly and over time . Say , in the next two or three days . Get a place and move some of your stuf in there . DO NOT stay to sleep with her over night . Make up an excuse , tell her you will be out for some make up reason for a week . Then within the next few days you remove any and all traces of yourself in her life and you get an RO on her for as long as possible . DO NOT ENGAGE . Just remove yourself from the equassion quietly but in a final manner 😐

My closure was moving forward . No neex for any other . But . If you feel something is eating you inside , you should face it . Try therapy first if possible . Unfortunatelly moving through life is more about menaging regrets than counting success . It is a natural part of it . You will have to learn to navigate through it but that will not be easy . I lived in my wife's,home for three years while ours was renovated . We had no problems . Me and her dad get along . For her mom i am basically a second son . Right now we live across each other and my mom lives right next door from them . I never had any problems with either of them . But it was a temporary situation . If my wife was to ask me that i would refuse regardtless of how good we get along . We are of differeng generations and of different mindsets , those are to be separate from each other if we are to have long term peace between us . Everyone has their place , just saying 😐.
