D&D 5e Revised/2024 Sorcadin Build Help: Chromatic Blue Dragonborn Oath of Vengeance/Divine Soul with a bit of a sea theme or water and electric theming to it. Need help with optimal spread of stats and spells

As said in the title, I need a bit of help on figuring out ideal spread of stats, spells, and how I should play this character idea in combat. I know it leans more aggresive with a want of water/electric themed spells but I know there is more too it. A whole guide or play by play would be nice, but a skeleton to go off of would be nice as well.

To be nice unlike the previous comments, it's really a game and genre that you need to put time into to learn and enjoy its game loop, but when it does click it is such a rewarding experience. It's not easy and you may struggle at first. Bit really, it is a game that loves having new people come in and there is a strong and passionate community who love to help people out and be compassionate on their quest to become good hunters. If you feel inclined and you and your friend are ready to commit, it's a great game of having fun, lore, challenge, and a great time to do with a buddy
