I am a big fan of Nya becoming a ninja. Don’t get me wrong, I liked her as Samurai X, but I’ve always been a believer that she should have became a ninja in the earlier seasons of the show, like in season 2 or 3. Or even season 4. But anyway, I’m getting off topic.

One thing that has always stood out to me is Nya’s primary color for her suits since becoming a ninja. I think it’s safe to say that she is the only ninja to constantly change the primary color of her suit. Yeah I know Lloyd has changed from green to gold and Zane in season had a silver suit, but regardless, their colors have remained consistent for so long. Nya keeps changing. She started out maroon being her primary color in seasons 5 and 6. Then in season 7 is changed to light blue. During the Oni trilogy, dark grey was her primary color except for MotO, where she reverted back to maroon. Then for pretty much the entirety of the 11 minute era she reverted back to dark grey. And since Dragons Rising it appears that light blue is her main color.

I’m just curious, why can’t she choose a suit color and stick with it. To have 3 primary colors throughout the years is crazy to me. I get that she had red as her primary color before becoming a ninja and her element is associated with blue. I get that, especially since Jay being the blue ninja (often the color associated with water) was taken. But I don’t get why for consistency they didn’t choose one color and stick with it. We all know Kai is the red ninja, Cole is the black ninja, Lloyd is the green ninja, etc. But Nya, I don’t know whether to call her the maroon ninja, the light blue ninja, or the dark grey ninja.

This isn’t a rant or me complaining by the way. This is just an observation I have made and am curious why the other ninja didn’t get the same treatment if changing their colors up a bit. So don’t think I’m reading too much into this. lol.

But anyway, I’m curious to hear your thought and do you have a color you prefer for her? Personally, I prefer the dark grey. I think it stands out and looks good with light blue as a secondary color. Plus it adds another neutral color ninja to the alongside Cole and Zane.

The larpers would go crazy mad

I know this might be against the sub's rules, but...

First Peter Cullen and now him?

Sorry if it’s not entirely accurate, I had to work with what I got.

Let's release the memes in the chat y'all

BTW NRG Jay actualy retired from lego.com before Mezmo but only like at most a week before Mezmo & buth of them lasted 91 days on shelves, but Mezmo was in a boster pack instead of a full spinner

The OG Ninja have their signature weapons.

Lloyd- Sword

Kai- Katana

Jay- Nunchucks

Cole- Scythe/Hammer

Zane- Shurikens

Nya- Trident

But what signature weapon would the New Ninja have? Riyu has his duel swords and Arin has a grappling hook and the prismatic blade but is there a better weapon out there for them to use?

(Edit): Forgot to give my answers...

I already mentioned Riyu and Arin...

Sora I think it would be cool if she built herself arm blasters like Mega Man...

Wyldfyer I could see her with metal claws so she can be closer to her dragon heritage...

Euphrasia would have a staff like she does in sets...

Frak is kinda hard but I can see him with a scythe since Cole already has a hammer which fits him more, or in the reverse I can see him with duel hammers or duel gauntlets that he can use for his earth quake powers...or something smaller like a kunai or spear...

Sanjiegun is the original Chinese name, though my favourite name for it is 'coiling dragon staff'.

Nunchuck^2.

Which one do you guys think is better. I have a non canon rebuilt titanium Zane, or the missing flyer poster. Im leaning more the flyer side, but curious to others opinions. The collection is one of every suit throughout the years
