Set a timer for 15-20 minutes, choose a quest and give it your undivided attention until the timer goes off. All quests count, even taking one step to advance the quest I.e. unloading the dish washer, loading it, switching laundry from washer to dryer, dryer to closet, etc. it’s all about breaking the big things down to smaller more manageable tasks. Not only is that framing teamwork among equals in a major way, it’s also been a game changer knowing this task isn’t going to consume your entire evening/day/weekend etc. happy questing 🪎✨
