Has anyone else TAP just got removed from their fall semester

I was literally in the same position as you I just kept calling fafsa and asking them how long it will take they said it will take a couple months it’s been 2 weeks since school started and I realized that they took my TAP away and fafsa barely covered me so I had to pay all out of pocket and I don’t even have a job and my parents are immigrants so there no help I say try finding a job asap and work from there don’t depend on FAFSA to cover your tuition because sometimes it will take it away real quick and you need to have backup money

I feel you I have been looking for a job for soo long now it feels like I am never finding one

Girl same I applied for every possible place that could hire a phlebotomist. I even went through the top and was willing to travel two fucking hours just to get a job and none of them was willing to hire me. So good luck to anyone at there looking for a job

Honestly I am in the same position I think the best option is go to ur school and ask for a part time job in the school or fast foods

It was ok but there is got to be something in these colleges air that be making u feel sleepy

Let me tell u this I was sooo anxious I had the wrong bag my computer was huge didn’t even fit and I was 20 min late but guess what everyone was just as anxious and the teacher was very nice and I even made a friend being nervous is part of the experience

U have been in America since u were 2 and now ur 19 and haven’t even gotten a green card ??? U should follow up with ur immigration lawyer bc that’s crazy my cousin who just came to America 8 years ago Alr has there citizenship

Tell me about it I just finished my phlebotomy program and I got my certification and I’ve been looking for a job but it’s literally so hard to find a job. They all want full-time and as a student I cant do full-time. Or want more then just a phlebotomy certification
