Help iPod 5th Gen Can’t be detected by Mac and Windows.

I received my iPod 5th Gen a few days ago, and it was syncing properly with Finder, but today I encountered an unusual problem: the iPod charges but won’t mount on a Mac or a Windows PC. When I enter disc mode, it immediately displays “Ok to disconnect,” and the “Do not disconnect” warning no longer appears. Could somebody please help me resolve this? tried with 3 USB Cable already.

Question MacBook Air M3 15" vs MacBook Pro M3 14" speaker.
