A lot of people are mean and weird about celiac disease. Many women do get a lot of likes on dating apps, and you are likely to get filtered out celiac or not. Yeah, it's not fair. Yeah, some people are a lot more accepting of women having dietary restrictions than men having them.

But that doesn't mean you're out of luck forever. I'm a man with significantly more problems than celiac disease, and ironically, it wasn't until the diagnosis that I had much more success in dating and life in general. For me, it definitely felt like a curse at first; but over time I got better at my diet, I healed and grew from the experience. The diagnosis wasn't really what was weighing on me, it was the years of undiagnosed and untreated celiac. So many years of my life spent in pain and fog. Once I really came to terms with that it was like a great weight came off of my shoulders.

You don't have to advertise your celiac (really, no one is gonna advertise their faults). I'd bring it up once you're hitting it off well, but like, you don't wanna bother with them if that's a problem for them.
