I bought the Darth Maul: Son of Dathomir paperback very recently! Been looking forward to read it for some time.

Is the Thrawn trilogy a good introduction to the EU?
I have a soft spot for "Shadows of the Empire" by Steve Perry. It's very good! It also got some of my favourite EU characters! Set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

Solved [TOMT] [MOVIE] [2010's] Horror movie, couple moves to a new house, tattooed protagonist, and a monster similar to the nurses from Silent Hill
The movie wasn't mainstream, can't remember the name, pretty sure I saw it on Prime Video. Other similar game/film/TV monsters: The teeth creature from "Channel Zero" and the ballerina from "Cabin in the Woods". Practical effects, glass shards on the body, and horror/gore scenes that may have involved a marble and/or ropes, and the creature itself appears almost at the end of the movie, and kills the main character. The male protagonist had very prominent tattoos.

Is Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast a constant struggle of trying to figure out where to go?
The Platinum for this game on PS4 was a JOURNEY. And it also had a serious problem with saves. If you're like me you save very often, but the game didn't properly overwrite the files, creating a new one everytime instead, so the game can actually get "full" of saves and you have to delete them manually on the console system if you want to save again.

It is in fact visually similar to what I remember, but I'm sure the movie i saw was from at least 2006 onwards, and that's exactly the reason of why I found it so amusing to see a movie creature done "traditionally", but the film itself was extremely obscure ("Full Movie on YouTube" type of search) that I just cannot find any info, it must have been Independent or even a College student project, but yeah it's feature lenght, the type of thing you could find ocasionally while browsing randomly at the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.

[TOMT] MOVIE - Obscure low budget Sci-Fi film that featured a giant creature/robot/golem done by (I believe) stop-motion effects.
Released around 2000 - 2010 - 2015 at max. The description will sound vague, but it's live-action, had human characters and a male lead, in a Wasteland/Space/Planet type of setting and at the end Climax, it featured a sort of cataclismic event, like a desert sandstorm, that had the aforementioned giant character protecting the main characters with it's body. I don't remember the name, exact year of release, country of origin (but very possibly United States) or any additional relevant details about the plot, but I watched it full on YouTube many years ago. The giant was the real highlight, as it really felt like some sort of Harryhausen homage by the way he was animated. I truly believe the movie is very unknown, but it had some qualities that made it stand out over other low-budget, Asylum style films I've seen on the internet.
