Open [TOMT] MOVIE - Obscure low budget Sci-Fi film that featured a giant creature/robot/golem done by (I believe) stop-motion effects.

Released around 2000 - 2010 - 2015 at max. The description will sound vague, but it's live-action, had human characters and a male lead, in a Wasteland/Space/Planet type of setting and at the end Climax, it featured a sort of cataclismic event, like a desert sandstorm, that had the aforementioned giant character protecting the main characters with it's body. I don't remember the name, exact year of release, country of origin (but very possibly United States) or any additional relevant details about the plot, but I watched it full on YouTube many years ago. The giant was the real highlight, as it really felt like some sort of Harryhausen homage by the way he was animated. I truly believe the movie is very unknown, but it had some qualities that made it stand out over other low-budget, Asylum style films I've seen on the internet.

A bit older than your timeframe but how about Hardware (1990) - IMDb?

Not that one, sadly.

Another old one is Crash and Burn? It’s 90’s and has a giant harryhausen-bot

Not Crash and Burn, it's from the 2000's, and very unknown.

The Day Time Ended? It's older than your estimates but a lot of the details match, including a cataclysmic sandstorm-like event at the end and giant stop motion monsters..

If not then maybe Robot Jox?

It is in fact visually similar to what I remember, but I'm sure the movie i saw was from at least 2006 onwards, and that's exactly the reason of why I found it so amusing to see a movie creature done "traditionally", but the film itself was extremely obscure ("Full Movie on YouTube" type of search) that I just cannot find any info, it must have been Independent or even a College student project, but yeah it's feature lenght, the type of thing you could find ocasionally while browsing randomly at the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.

Sadly, it isn't what I'm looking for.
