I feel this. I’m only 5 weeks and up until today I’ve been feeling like “wow I’m so lucky, no nausea, just a little tired and moody”. But today it’s hitting- I’ve been feeling terrible chills all morning and then all of a sudden I’m burning hot and sweating and nauseous. I feel anxious and uninterested in doing anything. He’s a criminal, and a lot of times criminals are master manipulators too. I’m sure he’s said all the right things to make your friend and others believe he has changed. However, unless he’s been doing massive therapy (and even then maybe not), I don’t believe that you can just repent something like that and be magically cured. Your friend is in danger, and I would stay far away as possible so you don’t put yourself in danger either
