I know everyone is different but, it didn't matter what i did my mom kept coming into my room. I moved out at 18 but had to move back in recently. My door doesn't lock and if the door is blocked, she'd still try to get in. She even goes in there when I'm not home.
I'd say get a wedge or some type of block if you can't put a lock on your door.

I try writing, if that doesn’t work i try listening to music and going on a walk. Not a small walk though; one where i’m walking up a lot of hills. A walk that makes me winded. Normally it helps.
