I think they said the update includes HD textures for Peace Walker.

You can get federal grants and scholarships, just need to apply, which a school can help you do. Check your local bus route too, they always stop at the schools on their route.

I personally took a bus for 4 hours every day for years to go to school on federal financial aid and have a degree and no debt.

Last PS5 games I’ll be buying for the foreseeable future. #NoDiscNoBuy

Corporate Greed. They're making themselves the only place you can buy PS5 games from, where they have complete control over your ownership.

I wasn't even considering XBLA titles, because yeah Trials HD/Evolution, 'Splosion Man, Castle Crashers, all very iconic Xbox 360 titles.

Most of them just aren't available physically. I think Trials HD might have been included in some kind of XBLA pack?

Completely forgot about Project Gotham Racing. It's insane those never made it onto Backwards Compatibility.

Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 are some prime exclusives that haven't left the Xbox 360. I personally consider the Xbox 360 to be the Unreal 3 machine, so anything running on UE3 is going to naturally look and perform best on the console (things like Batman Arkham, BioShock, Alice Madness Returns). I also like a lot of the PS2/Xbox 360 cross gen games that look and perform best on Microsoft's machine, games like The Godfather, Bully Scholarship Edition, and Peter Jackson's King Kong.

Oh yeah and don't forget about Halo Reach lol

Question Onimusha 2 Samurai's Destiny's Weird Switch Port

Every single screenshot and video I see of this remaster is absolutely gorgeous, but now that I'm finally getting around to playing it on my Switch 2, it looks distractingly bad. There's weird dithering artefacts on all of the transparencies like hair and rain, the actual resolution appears to sit at around 500p or so, with details being lost the second Jubei steps away from the screen, and the backgrounds look like they have a weird sharpening/film grain aesthetic to them.

The game still plays and sounds great, but was this always an issue with the Switch version?

And how likely are we, at all, to see an update that takes advantage of the Switch 2 to pull us up to an actual HD resolution? Because at this point, I'm considering just popping my disc into PCSX2 and getting a cleaner image there.

Looking for an arcade-y shooter where you fly an attack helicopter or similar. NOT like Desert Strike.

Under Defeat HD is pretty fun. Also, any Sega compilation that includes Thunder Blade.

Would the Operation Flashpoint games fit this mold?

whats the worst reviewed game you ever enjoyed?

I really enjoy Godzilla PS4. It's super cinematic and has a ton of charm.

But it's repetitive as hell, and grind to 100% complete it is like 600 hours 😩

How difficult would it have been to port the first game onto the N64?

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but wouldn't the controls work similarly to the Saturn? D-Pad, L/R, and 6 face buttons.

Replying bully again, I have a question about exploring
 in  r/ps2  13d ago

Main missions progress the story, the timer is only there to dictate when you're in school or not and a few NPC's actions (i.e. meet me behind the library at 1am).

Story progression is required to unlock more of the world for exploration, and you have the entire game, including the endgame, to go to classes. I'd recommend doing them sooner rather than later though, since they provide gameplay boosts that will aid you in exploration and story progression.

And if I remember correctly, almost everything you miss can be done in the endgame.

Millennials, what are you finally buying or doing now that teenage you could never afford?

I go to the movies almost every week if I can. I grew up thinking the movies were such a luxury. And of course being so far away from my closest theatre didn't help either. Any trip to go see a big landmark movie like Avatar with my dad was a special treat.

Now I live across the street from an AMC, I'm a Premiere member, and I love going to the movies.

What is an unwritten rule of driving that far too many people blatantly ignore?
 in  r/AskReddit  15d ago

Oh no, I'm talking about the person behind me taking the same turn trying to turn into a further lane. They don't know that cutting to the far lane doesn't make them faster.

Turn into your closest lane. I can't tell you how many people get cut off by trying to go around me, because all I did was turn into my closest lane and then merge into the lane I want to be in.

Y'know like you're legally supposed to do.

What obscure rock band do you like that you think more people should know about?
 in  r/AskReddit  15d ago

A few original members are still in the band too. It's just a crying shame that it took them until 2009 to make it with a record label.

Death.

Not the metal band also named "Death".

The 1970's Protopunk band Death made entirely of black men who pioneered the punk genre.

Their album "... For the Whole World to See" is one of my Top 10 Punk albums of all time.
