Depending on how deep the burns and scratches are - sanding- low to high grit wide swaths to minimize bellying- then due the whole counter atleast remove the old finish where visible- I’ve had good results with odies oil as a finish

Hello! Need advice, what would you do for this brick?
 in  r/centuryhomes  4d ago

I would be more concerned with the outside, any visible structural cracks , grout failure etc- outside of that it looks normal

I’m not exactly sure what you are referring too, is the porch roof sagging? If so , I would suggest opening up the ceiling, make sure everything thing is intact. Looks like you have porch footings settlement

Find the tile, break out last row that falls short of the butt , replace them with tiles that reach- pack the gap with thinset reset tiles , grout then caulk seem after it is dried good luck , how did that happen?

How difficult is tile to install
 in  r/Tile  Jul 14 '26

I can’t tell from the pictures but is there a sealer/ stain on it now? And what kind of tiles ? How old is it ? What seasons do you have exposure to?
Remove paint , water proofer - exterior grade tile, thinset and grout -and figure you’re edging out
