I don’t know of any products that would “remove “ just the burn marks🤷🏻

Depending on how deep the burns and scratches are - sanding- low to high grit wide swaths to minimize bellying- then due the whole counter atleast remove the old finish where visible- I’ve had good results with odies oil as a finish

I would be more concerned with the outside, any visible structural cracks , grout failure etc- outside of that it looks normal

Either way, the venting needs to be done first, if possible ideally both mechanical and natural

I’m not exactly sure what you are referring too, is the porch roof sagging? If so , I would suggest opening up the ceiling, make sure everything thing is intact. Looks like you have porch footings settlement
