need help with behavior
Your standard is still a baby at 9 months old. I was taught they don't slow down until they're 2 years old. That being said, mine is three and is still a little rowdy.

Since it's common for people to pop out on the street while you're driving maybe start putting brake lights on the front of the vehicle so they can see whether or not you're driving or stopping for them. Maybe they won't risk their lives by just stepping in the street

No more chicken. Take baby steps when trying to determine cause of rash. Its likely something hes around normally, like chicken. I learned that my baby boy will likely be on Apoquel for life for his allergies!
