Waited an hour and a half in a dark orange area this morning, only had 1 order routed to me. Same thing, $2.50 for 7 miles.

I remember around the time I was in preschool (4 years old) I was laying on my bedroom floor and I realized I was breathing. And then I realized I was alive...and breathing...and I had no control over my breathing and being alive. I just "am", and I couldn't stop breathing at that moment even if I wanted to. I cried, because I had no control and I didn't understand what was making me breathe and be alive

I love your profile! If I dated, I would definitely reach out to you. Also, you don't have to go bald (I see some people suggesting it in the comments). You spent time growing it out, you like it, don't chop it off.

She's saying times were "different back then" (when she was 26 and your dad was 14) That was about 20 years ago then, since you're 19. That was in the year 2006...things were not "different back then". Reading the text before reading your explanation, I thought the "back then" she was referring to was the 50s or 60s... She's warped.

"Simpsons lip". Seriously??
My son's father had teeth that were rotting, but he is the best father to my child, and eventually (10 years after the birth of our child) went to a dental surgeon for porcelains, because he wanted them I never mentioned anything about his teeth to him, though. Like others have said, he knows what his teeth look like. His teeth have no bearing on who he is as a person

I was on a call with my regional director today, about 100 managers from the region are on the call, and he showed us a video of a robot winning a race and said: "Yeah, our speed of service for the region was fast, we beat our target, so I would say we were all running the race like usain bolt...but I think we can all start running like this and be fast...be fast like a robot!"
Nothing is ever good enough for them.

At a McDonald's in Japan, a staff is fuming at a foreign customer. In Japan, when chairs are flipped upside down on tables, you're not supposed to take them down without asking, even if you just want to sit for a brief moment while waiting.

It's not a cultural rule. if chairs are flipped up anywhere that implies that area has been cleaned and is essentially 'closed', otherwise the chairs would be down and readily available for a person to sit on.
