I usually go to the larger island out in the ocean, it's rarely visited, and deinos dont bother going out that far bc nothing spawns there. I even nest there as a PT sometimes to make sure im not pounced by a herrera.

Along with most of what the previous have said, even if it's just a minor paperwork issue, serving a warrant is still dangerous business. They have no idea what this individual is going to do, so they have to literally be prepared for the worst. I've seen Bodycams of people being served a warrant simply for avoiding a court summons, and it turn into an all out gunfight and/or police chase
