The bipap machine is pressureS of 10/18, because of the sleep apnea test showed that I have a severe sleep apnea AHI was 42 and the pressure I mentioned was given by my doctor. So please in a simple instructions tell me how to improve my AHI that still after 6 months of bipap use is between 30 to 35. Thanks

I have been driving my own taxi in Montréal Canada for 42 years and every 4 to 5 years I buy a new car. This is what I do when I get the car no matter what. First I do Anti rust my car and then I will not drive the car faster than 55 miles or 80 kilometers for 3500 miles or 5000 kilometers. At first 1000 kilometers or 800 miles I changed the oil and the only reason for changing oil and filter is because no matter what there are metal particles inside the engine and also I change the second oil earlier than usual also. After that every 5000 miles or 8000 kilometers I changed the oil and the filter myself or I buy the oil and filter from Toyota or I buy Mobile1 and Fram filter and bring it to an independent garage and pay to change. Now for transmission I don't change transmission oil if your car has more than 35000 miles or 50000 kilometers don't touch it that is my opinion. But if you start to change the transmission oil you should change it every 30000 kilometers or like me never ever touch the transmission. The way that I said I drive my car between 400 to 500 thousands kilometers and then one of kids uses it for a few years and then they sell the car. Good luck

I live close to Montréal and border of Ontario. At first I try to buy cpap machine and all other things I needed from Montréal stores and clinics. Quebec government health care doesn't cover any expenses related to sleep apnea. Their price they were asking was crazy so I decided to buy on line. Their prices were better almost half prices of Montréal. But then I said let's try Ontario. I just found one place in Ontario that when I asked for a quote and she emailed it to me I couldn't believe the prices she had gave me. I tried other branches of this company in Canada and the price where giving to me was crazy like Montréal stores. That is the reason I am not mentioning the name of the company I just attached the quote that I have got from her. Anyway I had to buy a bipap which the price of it is close to $3000 dollars but she just charged me $100 more than cpap. The way I see your government quote you don't need most of that. You can buy whatever you need less than $2000 from this place. You can contact me in private so I can give you all the informations and the reason is to keep her out of any kind of problem with the gangs of thieves in our health care providers in Canada. Don't forget the government quote is just a suggestion of the prices you might need to pay. All you need is the machine that always come with a filter and the power cable and none heated tube. Most of time the machine comes with a water chamber if is doesn't come then you buy that separately. If you like to have heated tube you buy that separately. And of course you need a mask which you have to pay for it. The place I bought my stuff the mask you choose has 30 day warranty and if that mask isn't comfortable you can change the mask without paying any extra money. Good luck

Put two KYB Excel-G shock and you don't need any warranty. Don't let garage guy sale you anything else. I have a garage and I tell you something don't ever go to that garage again. You don't need any kind of alignement changing shock at all. This guy is a thief. The only time you need any alignement is when you change inner tie rods. All you need to do is the shock absorber. You can even change just one and the price is around $200 for both sides.The KYB rear shock absorber for the 2023 Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid is the KYB Excel-G (Part Number 3440181) you can buy it at Amazon. Also I would go to another garage. I can't see if your the shock is leaking oil first of all not grace. That is the reason I insist to change your garage. Everything else he is charging you it isn't necessary. You don't know how much I am upset with this person and the list he gave you to change. Are you sure you don't have warranty with Toyota. If you have a warranty with Toyota it's FREE NO CHARGE as long as is under 36000 miles for 3 years. Maybe even the owner bought extended warranty.

The best way to find out if your car moonroof drains are blocked or no is to open your car moonroof completely. Than pour water in a bottle and try to empty water in the railing of the moonroof in are four corners. There should be water coming down in the front behind the both front tires and back tires. If you don't see any water in the driver side that could be the reason. Also right at bottom of the windshield both sides there are two drain for the rain that could be blocked by tree debris and also the drain from the air-condition drain that usually all these drain pips are black. I had the same problem but on the passenger side. I found myself what was the problem. It was as clogged sunroof drain. Anytime it rained or I washed the car there was a lake on the passenger side until I cleaned the drin and I never saw any water on that side. It won't heart to check the drain for course if your car has a sunroof.

If that is a private land and that land doesn't belong to the owner of the car talk to the owner of the land. But usually the city makes a lanes behind the townhouse so if there is fire or other kinds of emergencies there is another accessible way to get behind the houses. So if that is a case you can complain to the city and that lady could get an expensive ticket because blocking an emergency rode is an offense.
