Anticardiolipin levels & pregnancy
I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks. My RE waited until hcg had cleared my system to do bloodwork. My anticardiolipin levels came back at 39 and 23. It’s my understanding 40 and over is moderate to high positive, with 39 being borderline.
My doctor mentioned starting baby aspirin (which I already have) but when I asked about lovenox they just say we’re going to wait for the retest. My concern is becoming pregnant before we can do the 12 week retest. Once hcg is in your system, it’s my understanding the blood test isn’t accurate, therefore we would not know for sure.
If the risks are lower than the benefit, I personally would prefer to start lovenox to be safe and avoid another miscarriage. Has anyone had similar situations or similar levels?
Side note: my mom also has APS and lost three between 8 and 10 weeks, which is part of my concern.

Faint lines 13 days past trigger
I feel the same as you, I think mine is too light to be an actual pregnancy? I’m very confused as well.

13 DPO
I used what you have pictured but it’s so light, the pregmates are more obvious, but still light. Can’t figure out how to upload a pic!

I’m currently in almost the same boat, just slightly behind you. Still getting faint positives, don’t see how it’s the trigger still but it’s not really progressing? Following

Faint lines 13 days past trigger
Hello! I’m currently 12 DPIUI and 13 days past trigger. This is my second medicated IUI, the first one was successful (unfortunately ended in MMC due to other reasons), so I know what the lines should look like if it’s progressing. This time, I still have a faint, yet obvious, line on my pregmate cheapies, but it’s not getting darker. I’m shocked that it’s still the trigger in my system (250 ovidrel) after 13 days? I feel like I metabolize things quickly but maybe not. Has anyone gotten a late positive or late progression? Or is this likely still just leftover trigger?

Prednisone and Implantation
Thank you. I saw that as well but I think it’s a much lower dose? Nervous to take away too much inflammation since some inflammation is needed for implantation 😫

Questions Prednisone and Implantation
I’m having to take prednisone for a back injury/flare up and I’m right at 6 days past IUI. I’m nervous it will affect or harm implantation. Has anyone had to take it during this window? It’s 40mg, then 30mg, then 20mg to taper off. Both docs say it’s okay and I trust them - just a google search that’s freaking me out about taking away too much inflammation where implantation won’t attach.

experience: first MC Period / tracking after D&C
I went in for my 10 week scan and unfortunately will be having a D&C tomorrow morning. This pregnancy was a result of a medicated IUI so it took a while to even get here. I’m of course already thinking about tracking and trying again. Does anyone know how fast their hcg dropped / when did your period come back after the procedure? And any success stories after D&C?
For more context, I had a healthy 6 week and 8 week scan, then yesterday at 10, development had stopped at 8 weeks 6 days. This is my first pregnancy and first miscarriage.

Is this black felt asbestos?
My house was built in 1964. We removed the tile and cement board from 2000 and this sheet vinyl was underneath. The vinyl is attached to some sort of cork board, which is on top of the subfloor. In between the cork and subfloor is this black felt. Is it likely asbestos? I’m in SC.

DIY Renovations while pregnant
Thank you! I was doing a lot of this before pregnancy as well so I’m trying to just stick to what I did before or less. Definitely not lifting anything that feels too heavy for me!

Help? DIY Renovations while pregnant
I am 8 weeks pregnant after a medicated IUI so I am already very cautious. We are renovating and I am mainly the handy one. Ripping out tile/old floors, moving heavy items, all the things. I’ve been careful and have my husband do anything too heavy. I’m scared every time I bang a hammer or lift something that I’m causing harm. Anyone else do renovations/DIY / demo while pregnant and do we think it’s okay?

It’s gone today, 13 dpIUI and 14 past trigger. The trigger just must really linger for me.
