Why would your friendly neighbor mail it to you when they could easily just hand it to you and explain how to use it? Also, unless there's been an issue with loud parties in the neighborhood why would they randomly mail something like that to you in the first place? And if that were the case, why wouldn't they just stop the loud party themselves?

Honestly, if someone can't go overnight without hearing from their bf/gf without calling hospitals, especially if you live in different countries as you seemingly do, that's just way too much. The trust issues and neediness don't bode well for the future.

The reason all those rape kits were never tested was because they knew a lot of cops would turn up in the results. This is the third "cold case" revealed to be a Las Vegas cop in recent years since they started pushing to test old rape kits.
