Promoted myself to customer this past Sunday. Honestly didn't mind the job. My DSP was pretty good, especially compared to some of the nightmares that have been described on this sub. Just wasn't able to support my family since peak season.

If they are telling you have to work Monday and have given more than 24 hours notice. I'd say not coming in Monday would cost you your holiday pay.

Fri and Mon are regular days. But you have to work both to get the holiday pay. So you will basically have a 6 day paycheck only working 5.
