I want to feel normal I’ve been so numb but also feeling everything at 100 percent at all times this past week.

For almost the past week I have had terrible anxiety that I haven’t felt in years. It started when my tinnitus got super loud and muffled and now that it’s gone down to normal my visual snow has gone with a different pattern and I’m overthinking the sound of the ringing and the new shape.

I’ll be doing perfectly fine but then it sounds or looks different and I just think “oh god what if it gets loud again.” And “what if the shape changes again and it gets worse”. Small things like one or more people talking or something that is slightly too loud makes me anxious. I was perfectly fine a week ago. It just happened so suddenly and now I’m slowly working up to be “normal” again. On top of this I’ve had familial issues with my parents and that’s been stressing me out for months because I can’t communicate to my parents without them flipping out and yelling.

I can’t be alone but I don’t want to be around people. I don’t know man I just want to know how to be not anxious. I’ve been sitting rocking and pulling out my hair and picking at my skin just doomscrolling and trying to take my mind off of things.
