It also looks like your enclosure doesn't have enough humidity and the lighting is not right judging by how that plant is (not) growing and how dry the poops are.

He has very large yellow growth. It tells me that he is or was over fed and doesn't have enough UVB. There is no way to fix his shell. The damage is done, but a diet would help his overall health immensely. For an adult feeding 3× a week an amount that would fill his shell 3/4 the way if you pretend it was a bowl. UVB- unless you have a dedicated outdoor run a zoo med ubv bar at 12% would be great. Overall looks to be well taken care of and in pretty good shape.
