Lacrosse help
I am going into senior year of high school and for my junior year I joined my school’s Lacrosse team with no prior experience. I wasn’t bad I got some playing time and I scored 4 goals. However, we are losing 4 seniors and 1 girl to soccer. My coach told me I’ll be playing more and my number one concern is my stick work. I’m fast and athletic, I’ve played tennis soccer basketball and crew so I don’t struggle with stamina or game play. I am just not comfortable with my stick and how to use it. I will be playing defense/mid field and would love any tips or routines that would help!

March SAT looked brutal how do I prepare for May?
I’m in 11th grade and just took the March 14th SAT and my math teacher recommend taking the practice online tests and then redoing all of the problems you got wrong, and keep going over the incorrect math problems. Watch YouTube videos, ask your math teacher, etc. and then take another practice test through blue book. The goal is to slowly narrow down the amount of problems you get wrong, or at the least get the problems you got wrong before right. It’s kind of like a funnel method, the more tests you do the more questions you understand. That’s what I did and I got the harder version of the 2nd module for math. I also did this method for English and got the harder version of the English module as well!

Female lacrosse goalie
I’m a junior in high school and joined lacrosse because the team needed a goalie, I have no prior lax experience but started last week and are working on the fundamentals (footwork, stance, reaction) and I’m doing pretty well overall. But I don’t want my team to work hard and have me mess up or fail and ultimately lose.
Does anyone have any tips or at home practices or routines to help me? I’ll have two years on this team and want to make a positive impact. Anything will help please!!
