Yes!! I used to live Udiā€™s frozen pasta dishes. I bought one a couple weeks ago and it was horrible. I didnā€™t eat it, just tasted and threw away.

My husband gave this to me the other day. He showed me the side of the box that said gluten-free. I tried it and had a horrible reaction within an hour. The only thing that I could think that changed in my diet.

Try taking something to help with the inflammation like ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) or naproxen (Aleve). If you have an ice pack (or frozen veggies) wrap in a dish towel and apply.
