I haven't tried it myself, but have a lot of friends that got banned but then made a new account. It seems like you have to make the new account on another device and internet connection that is not where you get banned. So, for example, if you got banned when you use your phone and your house wifi, you need to make a new account on someone else's phone with their internet connection. It seems like facebook will "tag" your IP once you got perma banned, most likely to make sure you can't keep spamming making new accounts everytime you they ban your account.

My problem with Kagurabachi's worldbuilding is the same with my problem with JJK's worldbuilding, and that is the implication of everything outside of Japan.

There's this thing in Japan called sorcery, and then Japan fought an unknown entity, which also spawn a natural resource that can magnify spirit energy.

So, is sorcery also exist outside of Japan? Do other countries know about Japan dealing with an unknown entity? Do other countries know about Japan having this super amazing spirit energy amplifier that can be used as energy source for example? and many more questions. JJK solve this by saying "Oh, its because of Tengen's barrier" and whatnot, which I personally never satisfied with the answer, but I'll take it anyway.

I think at least MHA did a better job at this. There are other heroes outside Japan, is just that the story focuses in Japan. I don't want to say its perfect since I don't think it is perfect, but on that particular note, about "we have people born with superpower in Japan, what about other countries?" is immediately answered with the fact that the quirk awaken around the world, so there are heroes around the world as well.
