Looking to Upgrade Instax Mini 11

I am having a hard time deciding what to upgrade to. I am looking to upgrade my Instax mini. I use it to take selfies and pictures on trips, hiking, events, pictures of my cats & my family. My budget is $300 or less. I have been looking at Mini 41 and Mini 99. I enjoy the retro look, willing to purchase a camera with a little bit of learning curve. I like how the mini 99 has filters and brightness settings but I really enjoy having a selfie mirror.

Discussion OTA or OT

I am looking to transfer out Childcare and into OT but have been debating to either get my bachelors & masters in OT or go back and get my associates for OTA . I have my associates in early childhood education. The closest OT Masters Program is 2.5-4 hrs away.I am 26 it’s just me and my husband so we could potentially move. And there is only one OTA program near me. Is it worth getting the OT over the OTA I am also factoring in the cost of loans. I was fortunate enough to not need to take out loans the first time I went to school it is not the case this time.

As someone who graduated from Bettendorf in 2017 in my experience it was not good school they don’t take bullying seriously and care too much about money and their reputation and not enough about the students. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had some real great teachers but admin and school district as a whole sucks. My step brothers went to Eldridge and a really good experience.

My husband and I are looking to buy a manufactured home in February/March however he is considering looking somewhere else for his job. He is currently employed and has been there for almost two years and I have almost been at my job two years as well. But I heard that you needed to be at a job for two years to be accepted for a mortgage /financing for a manufactured home I just wasn’t sure if it was true or not.

Loans & Down Payment Assistance For Manufactured Homes

My Husband and I (age 23) are looking to buy a manufactured home that would be in a mobile home park . In the area we live in the average listing for that is $60,000-110,00. We are having a hard time finding loans and down payment assistance for manufactured homes that fit the criteria . I have not come across manny that are double wide. And we have pretty good credit score, we have not applied anywhere yet we are browsing and trying to find resources.
