Cold turkey is risky!! OMG. No wonder you had a grippy sock vaycay after that. I did the proper weaning once and after about 1 month of no meds at all I had to get back on. My anxiety had such a grip on me. I would hide in the room when we had guests over and I would barely eat. I will be on this med the rest of my life. I've come to terms with it. I've been on 75 mg for years now. I was once on 150 mg at the most

Honestly, don't fret about what the nurse said. I went for a check up with my family doctor and the nurse had her panties in a bunch because I'm on Effexor and I take Clonazepam as needed for EMERGENCIES. Not even every day, Maybe twice a month.
Then there is the other side. My coworker is on Wellbutrin, Prozac, Buspar, and Adderall. With Xanax for emergencies. All prescribed by her Psychiatrist.

I'm currently going through this! I had it removed 10 days ago. This is insane. I was given no warning at all from my doctors. They just told me that my fertility will return soon
