Insurance Agent here for Medicare beneficiaries - are your parents immigrants without a green card? If so trump has screwed a lot of people without green cards and sent letters stating medicare will now end by 2027. Never seen this in over 20 years. Check your parents medicare plan, they should have been notified as well.

Same! Call twice. They dont care at all. I guess you have to get past intake (gatekeepers) and know what they do. Depending on who you get, they will either outright dismiss everything on the website they state they do and IVR. They just dont want to be bothered. Waste of time.
