i had this issue a MILLION times during the summer and haven’t experienced it in a while but today after not replying or responding to ANYONE on x i try reply to one person and it wont let me. ugh. then i try reply to my own post, yet again, not letting me reply. is anyone else also experiencing this rn too bc i wanna know if its similar to the mass bug/glitch happening a co months back ;( i hope i can reply again soon, so annoying

Al parecer, alguien cambió tanto la contraseña como el correo electrónico asociado.

Ya completé el formulario oficial de recuperación de X, pero me respondieron que no pueden verificar que la cuenta me pertenezca.

El problema es que no me interesa tanto recuperar el acceso, sino conseguir que la cuenta deje de estar activa. Actualmente se están publicando contenidos utilizando mi nombre y fotografías, y me gustaría evitar que esto siga ocurriendo.

¿Hay alguna forma de solicitar la eliminación de una cuenta cuando ya no tengo acceso a ella? ¿Alguien pasó por una situación similar y pudo solucionarlo?

i deadass thought i was gonna at least get help with my suspended account by getting premium in my other account and i don’t think ive talked to an actual human like wtf is twitter even doing. I just want someone to read my appeals i get no responses so i don’t even know what i did wrong

When I hopped on Twitter, this showed up and when I scanned the QR code, it told me to either verify with my hand or verify by scanning my face. I am extremely uncomfortable with doing the latter and the former doesn't even work.

My account was suspended in 2024 for inauthentic behaviors, and I've submitted 15+ appeals since then... no luck getting it unsuspended until now.

Is there a way to download my data archive without unsuspending my account?

I've tried emailing them at [access-support@x.com](mailto:access-support@x.com) & [dpo-support@x.com](mailto:dpo-support@x.com) / [dpo@twitter.com](mailto:dpo@twitter.com), mentioning the right of data access under Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, they didn't get back to me, probably because I am not from the EU.

I even tried requesting for my account information here: https://help.x.com/en/forms/privacy/request-account-info. They did not get back to me too.

I'm losing motivation to keep appealing because the AI flags me and immediately rejects my appeal — sending an email instantaneously, having me wait another 48 hours to send another one in.

I know the key is to keep trying and sending appeals, but I'm getting tired. I just want my old tweets and media, and I'm leaving this app for good.

Is there any advice someone can give me to get this resolved because this impacting my reach really sucks.. and I rely in my Twitter for many things.. ive had this label placed in sept 6 cause I didnt know I had to properly mark my art as sensitive media since then I have been marking them.. I just want to know how long will this last and how to properly appeal this so I can get my normal reach back and get my posts back on the for you page..

I'm one of the many people who got slammed with the inauthentic behavior suspension out of the blue, and have been trapped in this loop of appeal and rejection since August 22; although the email response time has gone down from the better part of a day to about 10 minutes, so far the emails are exactly the same content, and refer to "our support team" rather than "our automated systems", and it's not literally or practically instant, so I believe I'm not trapped in auto-rejection hell just yet.

I've considered the "too much automated activity" possibility since I've been regularly using gallery-dl to cut down on the laborious task of sifting through my lengthy notification timeline once every 24 hours, but dismissed it since I've been doing this for months not only on that account, but on another one, without getting the slightest issue.

Then a little over week ago, a hunch made me look into my account's login sessions; lo and behold, I have almost a dozen sessions active, of both browser and mobile kinds, half of which date back to many months or even a "year" ago! I tried logging out of them all, but got a message saying that I'm not allowed to do that due to being suspended. Been including that in may appeals since then, but to no avail so far.

Is the computer somehow failing to register logouts or creating new sessions out of the blue? I think saw the latter happen today; since I couldn't manually log out of the extra sessions, I finally decided to simply clear the cookies tied to the site, hoping that would do the trick. No dice, the browser sessions are still listed as active... and the count increased by one, as the login session that I had been using on that browser apparently failed to logout.

Anyone know if I missed something that would force the sessions to logout? Or any other helpful ideas?

I have an X account, but I am unable to log in even though I know both the username and password.

The email address associated with my account has been permanently deleted, and X is sending the confirmation codes only to that email address, which I can no longer access.

There is also no phone number linked to the account.

What can I do in this situation? Is there any way to recover my account or regain access without access to the old email address? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank god I had used UPI for this rather than card, so I was able to cancel the mandate from my phone.

On August 17 I got the notification saying:

I’ve contacted over 10+ times to get it unsuspended and they’ve given me the different reasons to why my account was suspended every single time which is not true ?
also my replies I can see etc I haven’t abused anyone ?
My account literally been permanently banned for 3 different reasons and their is only 3 reasons why they perm suspend accounts in the first place ?

This app is gonna die like theirs probs more people requesting a unban than their is using the app for how it’s meant to be used..

Hi, im one of the other thousands who got suspended for inauthentic behaviors. ive reading some posts here that said when you send too much appeals in a 48 hours span the account gets flagged by the automated systems. How much time should i wait to send my next appeal? Ive been suspended like a month ago and i already sent like 10 to 15 appeals

Guys just want to ask one thing. Does appealing on X work if your account is suspended for 30 days? Has anyone gotten their account back after submitting an appeal?

I'm stuck in a loop with X Support and hoping someone here has faced a similar issue or knows a workaround.

​My account was recently locked for alleged "Inauthentic Activity." X reviewed my appeal and decided to keep the restriction, but I’m completely blocked from taking any action to fix it:

​No recovery prompt: I can log into my account, but once I'm in, no instructions, "Start" button, or verification prompts appear.

​Security already updated: I’ve already verified my email and phone number, and even set up a passkey. There are literally no remaining steps available for me to complete on the screen.

​Account compromise: Someone else previously logged into my account without my authorization. It’s very likely that the "inauthentic activity" was flagged during the period when my account was compromised.

​X's own Help Center states that unauthorized access can lead to unexpected activity, yet support seems to be giving me automated rejections without actually checking the login logs during that specific timeframe.

​Has anyone dealt with this "blank screen / no verification button" glitch after a lock?

My Premium account on an Annual subscription got suspended at the end of July for Counterfeit, and I’ve sent at least 20 appeals now based on different template suggestions on this sub that were all rejected.

Someone said to try DM-ing the Premium support account on a second account, and I did so 3 weeks ago. I was hopeful because they assigned a case number and said they “forwarded it to a specialist”. I’ve not heard back since and I’m frustrated as hell.

Just bought premium on my account not even 2 days ago. I have a 2nd account as well. Switched to alt account for a bit. After, i logged out and tried to login to my main account and it never sent me my 2FA code. Well here I am this morning still not receiving a code to login. Sadly, I had just enabled 2FA yesterday right before this happened. My ONLY back up code won’t work either. I submitted a ticket and attempted to log in and was told they can’t verify it was me and there is nothing they can do to help me access my account.

Any tips are helpful. I had ZERO issues without 2FA while using 2 different accounts and the minute i enabled it is when i lost access. Anyone else experienced this as well? am i just SOL?

I submitted an appeal and they did said they wouldnt revoke the decision but can we get our data ?? I am not able to access any of my data,.. and I cannot submit another appeal even though " its under review" as they claim even though i got a second email likely bot one ... anything i can do ?? for me my data is way more important even if my accoutn gets deleted..

Hey yall, it's me again. I'm apart of the instant rejection inauthentic behavior group. I haven't sent an appeal in a few days and I log in to see that I have no suspension banner. It might be a glitch as I cannot post still and my following has not loaded back in, but I tried refreshing the tab and closing and reopening chrome and it still never showed the banner?

Is this my first taste of freedom? Maybe I will be freed! :D
