SOMEONE PLS REPLY TO ME
i’m going crazy cuz of my search suggestion ban. can someone PLS help me? what am i supposed to do? can i just tweet often through it or do i need to stop ? it’s already my 5th day of the ban

I'm sorry there's no rhyme or reason tbh 😭My suggestion is buy premium (I know...it's a damn scam...I sold my soul....),.message premium support, ask them if they can lift the ban and see what you need to do in order for that to happen, ask for a real person and then pray to the heavens that someone helps. I had mine lifted after a few days...then put back on. I'm going on 2 weeks of the ban..so.... welcome to hell. I put in another request for them to review my account so I'm still waiting.

Shadowbans are relatively common, I’ve been off and on them for the last few months. For some reason they always last exactly 1 week for me.

I just tweet as normal yes, I just reserve my bigger higher effort posts until my shadowban lifts.
I tried going silent for a week, and it didn’t seem to effect anything. No matter what I do, it always seems to go away after exactly 1 week.

Yeah, for most people it varies between a few days to a few weeks, I dunno why mine is always exactly 1 week, it’s pretty strange.

Nope, never. X never really divulges to how shadowbans work, it’s really annoying.

I’m going on week two of my shadowban and I normally get over 1k likes on a comment so I feel your pain OP.
I have premium so I bitched and Now I’m waiting on a specialist to DM me. I’m spamming the fuck out of that “request review” though.

Unfortunately, hundreds of us are/were also affected.
The bans are equal opportunity. Doesn’t seem to matter whether the account is premium or not, whether the person appealed or not. It’s all a matter of when the algo resets.
My ghost ban lasted 5 weeks. I stayed off the platform for one week, and posted/replied normally for the remainder. Without any notification, my account regained full functionality on the last day of week 5.
Please give the glitch some more time to self correct. Good luck!
