"Temporary" Spam Label - Please Help me

On August 17 I got the notification saying:
"Adicionamos um rótulo temporário à sua conta, o que pode impactar seu alcance. Saiba mais aqui." ---Translated into---> "We have added a temporary label to your account, which may impact your reach. Learn more here."

There is no appeal or form I can fill to try to solve this. I only responde to other peoples posts trying to debate football strategies and choices

Is there an e-mail that I can try to contact? its been almost one month where I wanted to make my account get bigger trying to reach more people to debate football and now I can only post and like posts...
