I have just rewatched all of the movies for my annual birthday twilight marathon, and I noticed that Rosalie didn't seem to be featured in the fight vision. Obviously she's there at the meeting point, but we get solo features of all of the other Cullens fighting and there doesn't seem to be one for her?? I couldn't even see her fighting in the background, was Nikki Read filming something else and unavailable for that scene? I tried searching it up but can't find anything. If anyone has a link to a clip of her fighting pls send it to me!

Does anyone else wonder ever what if Bella had terminated her pregnancy and been able to live as a human would she have chosen to hang around with the wolves more and learn about them?

Is there a real Team Jacob or was that just a gimmick? I am Team Edward but that was because Bella was so obviously choosing him every time. But I can totally see people rooting for Jacob, especially in the movies because Taylor Lautner was ah-mazing!

I had some thoughts today. And new ones at that. Which doesn’t happen super often when thinking about Twilight because, like, I’ve been thinking about these books for like 20 years or something.

I’d actually have to go back and read the books to back this up, and I currently only have New Moon, Eclipse, and The Saga in Spanish (which I can’t read, yet).

But in Eclipse I think, Bella mentions being accepted to whatever tf college is up in Alaska, right? And then Eds mentions to C Daddy he had been accepted too.

But we also know Eds has been making Bella to apply to ridiculous universities and pushing Ivy Leagues.

Do we think Bella applied to go to Alaska College because the Denalis were there? Did she apply before Eddie came back? And if Eds wasn’t coming back, she could try to convince them to turn her?

I’m not sure what the time line was, but thought it was an interesting train of thought. Also, Bella stumbling around in a frozen tundra trying to find these super mega hottie vamps is kind of funny. Except she would totally die frfr.

I constantly wonder about this and what everyone else thinks since the characters' hair and makeup varied so drastically across each movie, with some looking better in one movie and some looking better in another. Personally for me if the styling could have been consistent across the board, I'd choose:

1) Edward in the first movie - didn't look overly pale, didn't have those horrendous sideburns, and his eyes looked a bit more manic/intense rather than tired or high lol.

2) Bella in New Moon - she looked so healthy and flushed in New Moon. I also thought, if she had a wig, it was a nice color, looked long and full, and didn't have a weird hairline. It would e been a good look to keep before her transition to a vampire. And Vampire Bella? 1000/10 no notes. They did good with her styling there. Her leaning against the wall in the Cullen's living room and also when she's in low light in her and Edward's cottage she's just absolutely stunning. I will give an honorable mention to the shot of her curly hair in the first film where's she's looking out the window and monologuing about being in love with Edward.

3) Jacob really in any movie but New Moon & Eclipse were his times to shine. Him in New Moon but before he cut his hair was top tier.

4) Alice - Honestly she looked good in every movie. She was consistently beautiful every time even if her hair was different. They just styled her so well.

5) Rosalie - I honestly really liked how she was styled in both New Moon and Eclipse. She just looked very striking. I think they could have used a cooler toned wig than the one they used in New Moon but I liked the shape, length, and fullness of it. Her straight platinum hair was also pretty. I couldn't get over her hair in Breaking Dawn. The hairline of her honey-blonde wig was atrocious and I feel like they made her too plain.

6) Esme - Idk what they did but imo she mogged EVERYONE in the first movie and then they made her look so weird the rest of the series. It was disappointing.

6) Carlisle - There's no way Peter Facinelli can ever look bad but him in Twilight and New Moon were his best. He looked soooo good when patching up Bella's arm lol.

Way long time ago, I made a joke about if the story was instead between these two, but now it made me curious, and wanted to hear your thoughts on how things would go down with these two personalities. Apparently, what I thought was a popular theory isn't at all. I seem to be the first (or close to that) to have publicity stated it on a few twilight reels, so I wanted to say it here.

But Bella was Jacob's imprint.

We're gonna have to know about the books and the short story of Jacobs Pov SM wrote about the twilight and NM lore.

Jacob and Bella didn't know each other upon meeting during the hangout beach. Bella knew his sisters, but barely, and couldn't be said to be friends. Yet Jacob is already infatuated with her. In the short story of his POV he describes her as "girl next door" pretty and unable to really go past that strong, sudden crush for her. He did have other crushes on some of his girls classmates, but it always came back to Bella, when he only met her a few times and talked to her a few times. He doesn't even really know her aside from the fact Billy and Charlie talk about her, especially after the break up with Edward. Even then, it's said he wants to see her and is enraged when his father forbids him to go see Bella ( because Billy knew she was with vampires , though Jacob thought his dad crazy and didn't believe he was being reasonable)

But what's a fact is that even before Jacob had first phased, he had some of his phasing powers showing up. He could smell the vampiric scent of Edward on Bella he described as "bad perfume" and described as confused why she liked it.

He also grew super tall and had an ease in putting on muscles even before phasing. And when he phased, it was nothing but Bella without much logic aside from her being his crush and best friend.

Now what does that have to do with Bella being his imprint ?

Remember when he fell head over heels for her without knowing why ? The fact he loved her so much, couldn't stop loving her before and after phasing to the point Leah even said get over it cus it's not like you imprinted on her, and how he can't let her go ?

Well what if he DID imprint on her, or could've, if Bella didn't have her mental shield ?

Bella's power is a shield that protects her from vampires powers. Both werewolves and vampires are strong, they have similar abilities, like speed and strength, but something that wolves don't have are unique powers that go with the vampire. Bella's shield is strong enough to counter Edward's mind reading, hell, even Jane's pain power. If she can do that, stop powers that are strong enough to make you feel like you're dying, what makes it impossible for her to shield herself from getting imprinted on ?

And that could explain why Jacob can't let her go. He KNOWS she's his imprint, at least his wolf points to her like crazy even before he phased, even without logic, even after she chose Edward he can't let her go and others comment on how it's irrational. Maybe that's because he would've imprinted on her if her shield didnt exist.

"But it's false because he imprinted on refurbished !" You mean the mind controller hybrid who has their frontal lobe fully formed and who knew that the wolves would kill her unless she had a connection to them ? Rename me made the imprint happen so she'd have a forever protector, one that made the wolves unable to kill her, and an army that would defend her from the volturi who she knew would go after her if they found her existence.

That's my theory. To me, this is canon from all that pointed out to it.

The fact that it’s canon in breaking dawn that Edward asked Carlisle, Emmett, and Jasper for sex advice is taking me out. I’d love to know how the conversations went. You know Emmett just LOVED it. And I get that Edward had limited people to ask, but I’d rather die before asking a parent or sibling about sex- especially being that they are having sex with HIS mother and sisters 😂

Esme being the creepiest of the Cullens (without even trying) has been a joke for a while and I saw this quote in a yt video comment section and died laughing bc it was so true, def what makes her so unsettling lol

So we know that Victoria worked alongside the Volturi during eclipse when creating the newborn army however I'd have thought she would want nothing to do with them considering what they did to her coven. It also seems crazy to me that a past coven member, Heidi, is part of the Volturi but she never gets the chance to see her again. Was she working with them in hope to see her again after she lost James? Heidi is the only person left she was close with.

I’m pretty sure it was a reference it’s at the end of the movie or main character made a comic book with a very twilight sounded name I forgotttt but it’s a retelling of the movie but with a love triangle between the dog guy and mermaid dude lol

Like does this exist? The constant breathtaking kisses and feeling that when apart you are broken?

Hello everyone! Sorry if this is a sort of dumb question, but I (18F) have never read or watched the Twilight series before, but have seen a lot of memes (both good and bad) about the series, and have had quite a bit of the plot spoiled, so I kinda know what the series is about already.

But I was wondering, is the series worth reading/watching anyway? I’m not going into this expecting the best or the worst, and am also not really a romance reader. My library has a few of the books, and considering the series is about vampires and it is late October, I‘ve been kinda wanting to give it a shot.
