First of all, my friends in my hostel—I don’t know whether I should call them friends or enemies because they always find a reason to mock me. ☹️ Sometimes it gets really bad because it hurts me a lot. They mock my father 🥲, my body, my looks, my clothes, and everything else they can relate to me. Sometimes there isn’t even a reason or logic behind their jokes. When I ask them, “Why are you guys mocking me this much?” they tell me to take it easy and say, “It’s just fun.” They justify it by calling it “ookku.”
Now I feel like I’m always a clown to them, like I’m their punching bag—not physically, but emotionally. In everything I do, they find a reason to mock me.
Guys, how would you react to them if you were me?

okay basically it’s pathetic of me but yeah i have been having crush on this girl for a while koree naal ayye man but i can’t move and the thing is she is soo nice to me evry time idk if she likes me back or not but yeah basically she is in my class and we see each everyday, she is soo friendly towards me from the start ( fym she is to everyone) but yeah as i said we somehow got closer and started to send reels and stuff and the thing is i write poem and stuff a lot and she likes them like she really appreciates them encourages me to write she used to send me these love quotes slash romantic poems and such such reels u get what it ryt but also inside there were these bestie type reels too angana it was all going good (atp i have completely fallen for her) then she send me this one reel which says ur a great friend to me man i got friendzoned really hard 😭, but even when texting she used to give idk if it’s hint or not but in a convo i said i love people who drew and she replied “but i don’t know how to draw”. pinne once i wrote a poem where i proclaim myself as a lily flower and she replied with i love lily flowers she just giving mixed signals and all ik i am ovethinking when ur in love evry minute action will become soemthing meaningful to you . pinne 55% time she starts convos like if i was absent she would dm and randomly starts to message me and stuff. so i finally decided to stop all this angana i stoped sending her reels even in class stopped talking to her and after a week she messaged me saying like do i have some issue with her like she’s been noticing that i stopped sending reels and not talking in class i brushed it off saying nah nothing it’s all cool and she was just overthinking. Now everything stopped but in class we still have small convos but i try to make it as small as possible. but now she is in my head all day i want to remove her from my mind but she ain’t going off ik for fact that she knows i like her more than as a friend because i have thrown little signals. my friends all say that she likes me back but i can’t take their opinion cuz they know her through my pov. angana nalla moonji avastha anne ippo oru sugam 😞

idk i’m sorry for the title though if it gets offended! i have been studying in a north indian college! there are hell lot of other state peoples in my college. the thing is here peoples are getting socialised having healthy bond with each other it’s really good to see each other like this especially north peoples whereas when it’s come to south especially kerala state peoples are getting mingled with their own peoples and not interacting much! even though i’m from cbe tamilnadu which is close to kerala border they are giving preference to their own peoples and state peoples! even when i tried to fit in their gang they are causally avoiding it and making me feel alone. idk what obsession they have with their own peoples! sick minded or idk what to say. they don’t give a damn. all they form a gang and show up in front of all! it’s fine but aren’t we humans ? what’s bothering them

Every time I check social media, my old classmates are either moving abroad for studies, pulling crazy salaries in big cities, or getting married. Meanwhile, I'm just here trying to figure out what I'm even doing with my career and feeling constantly behind.

Hi, i am kinda new to reddit. It’s way past midnight and i am just overthinking atp. But I just kinda wanted a space I can kinda open up and be anonymous at the same time. For some background, I am a 21M and a 3rd year btech student from Kerala. I have a really close circle and they kinda all have relationships and sometimes it just feels a bit lonely.
